The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable costs and attorney’s fees.
11. Class Action Waiver Any arbitration or legal action under these Terms will take place on an individual basis. Class arbitrations, class actions, and representative proceedings are strictly prohibited. YOU AND LUXE AUTO SALON AGREE THAT CLAIMS MAY ONLY BE BROUGHT IN EACH PARTY’S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
12. Liability Disclaimer THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. LUXE AUTO SALON MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, OR ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION OR SERVICES CONTAINED ON THE SITE FOR ANY PURPOSE.
